* If you need to retrieve the service, you can contact the platform's customer service and provide the following information:

3. Refund sending address: xx
4. Receiving address for refund: xx
5. Refund amount: xx

* Precautions

1. Please note that the service platform does not guarantee 100% successful processing of abnormal deposits.
2. Processing time: The estimated processing time is 5 working days.
3. For VIP users, we will expedite processing.
4. Please ensure that the information you submit is accurate so that we can process your request as soon as possible.
5. The refund service is only available for non-BTC and BRC20 fee deposit exception requests.
