When buying coins, you can do the following:
1. KYC certification: In order to ensure your transaction security, you need to complete at least mobile phone number verification and primary user verification. You can log in to the Bifinance APP, click on the avatar in the upper left corner of the home page, enter the personal center, and click [KYC] to authenticate.
2. Click the drop-down arrow next to the shortcut area, and select "Express" or "P2P" to trade;
Express will give priority to choosing the best price in the market for transactions, and the P2P can selectively trade according to your needs
3. Select merchant advertisement: On the purchase list page, you can filter the advertisement list according to the payment method and transaction amount.
Click on the merchant's name to enter the merchant's homepage. You can flexibly choose the transaction object based on the merchant's quotation, certification level, transaction volume, completion rate, transaction limit, and average coin release time.
4. Confirm the purchase: click [Buy]
(1) In the purchase pop-up window, enter your purchase amount or quantity, select the corresponding payment method, and click [Go now buy]
To ensure that your digital currency purchases arrive quickly, choose a payment method that allows instant payments.
(2) After generating the order and confirming that it is correct, click [To pay].
If the order information is incorrect, you can directly click [Order cancelled] to cancel. In order to avoid loss of your assets, please confirm that you have not made any payment before canceling. If you cancel multiple times on the same day, you will be subject to transaction restrictions.
5. Open the third-party software to make payment: the legal currency transaction will not automatically deduct the money. After you place the order, please follow the payment method filled in by the seller and transfer the money to the seller through the corresponding payment software. Please be sure to carefully check the seller's payment method when transferring funds.
The specific steps are: copy the seller's account information, open the corresponding payment software, search for the seller and complete the payment. After the payment is completed, return to the Ouyi APP and click [I have paid successfully], and wait for the other party to confirm.
Notice:
In case of problems such as incorrect payment information, you can click the chat icon in the upper right corner of the interface to communicate directly with the merchant.
If you fail to click [I have paid] to confirm in time after completing the transfer, the order will be cancelled. In this case, you need to contact the seller for a refund. If you have not been able to collect the money from the seller, please contact customer service and provide proof of payment.
If you have not completed the payment, please do not click [I have paid]. Misuse will result in your account being blocked.
Do not use words related to virtual currencies such as "Bitcoin", "BTC", "USDT" when transferring money, so as to avoid freezing your bank card. According to the specific situation of different countries, the remittance to the bank card may not arrive in time, please pay in batches to ensure timely arrival, if the account is not received in time, the seller has the right to refuse the transaction.
6. Waiting for the release of coins: After you place an order, the platform will automatically lock the digital currency of the other party. After the seller confirms the receipt, the corresponding amount of USDT will be released to your "fund account", click [View Assets] to check.
If you cancel the order midway or fail to pay in time, all USDT will be returned to the seller.
If the other party fails to release the coins within the time limit, you can contact the seller to communicate, or ask customer service.
When you have a disagreement or dispute in the transaction, you can click [Appeal] on the order details page, and the platform customer service will intervene to deal with it.
