This guide will use mobile apps as an example
1. Click [Login] in the BiFinance App using your personal information.
2. After logging in, click [Security item is unavailable]
3. On the reset security item interface, select the verification method that is currently unavailable.
Warm reminder:
For your account security, after you change your account security settings, you will not be able to withdraw or sell coins within 24 hours.
4. Click [Phone Number Verification] and you will need to select and confirm the following information in the app:
- The date the account was last logged in
- Login country or region
- Trading currency pairs in the past 7 days
- Your current total assets on the platform
5. Please select and fill in the relevant information according to the actual situation of your account. After confirming that everything is correct, click [Next]. You need to submit the following information:
- Fill in the new mobile phone number and complete the SMS verification code verification
- Upload a photo holding your ID (Note: Please hold your ID in the photo; the information on the ID cannot be modified or blocked, and the ID number and name must be clearly visible)
6. Submit your application and wait for review notification.
