P2P operation Guide for Sell

When selling coins, you can do the following:

1. KYC certification: In order to ensure your transaction security, you need to complete at least mobile phone number verification and primary user verification. You can log in to the Bifinance APP, click on the avatar in the upper left corner of the home page, enter the personal center, and click [KYC] to authenticate.

(2) Receipt and payment settings: Before starting to sell coins, you need to set a payment method for buyers to pay. Click [My Account] on the P2P page, click [Receipt Method] on the new page, and add a collection account. You can choose bank card, Alipay, WeChat payment and other ways to receive payment.

2. How to sell coins?

Sell coins: Enter the quantity or amount of digital assets you want to sell, and after confirming that they are correct, click [Go now sell]

When selecting a purchase order, click on the merchant’s name to enter the merchant’s homepage. You can flexibly choose the transaction object based on the merchant’s quotation, certification level, transaction volume, completion rate, transaction limit, payment method, and average payment time.

After the order is successfully placed, just wait for the buyer to pay. Please confirm the receipt of the payment before releasing the currency

When you have a disagreement or dispute in the transaction, you can click [Appeal] on the order details page, and the platform customer service will intervene to deal with it.
